Localização muito boa, atendimento bom, limpeza excepcional, quartos aconchegantes. De parabéns.

Se você se sente seguro em Manhattan, se sentirá ainda mais nesse hotel, fica do lado de um departamento de polícia. O quarto para 4 é pequeno, mas convenhamos, estamos em Manhattan. Eles aceitam pacotes, são solícitos, só fica devendo no preço da água e dos snacks que são muito caros. O quarto é novo, bem cuidado, higiênico, sem mofo, nenhum dos ralos entupidos, roupa de cama e banheiro limpinhos, ar condicionado ótimo.

The staff is incredible. The rooms are awesome, and the views are awesome. If you are lucky enough, you get a room on the 21 floor, with a view overlooking the city below. Absolutely incredible and an awesome experience.

Had a great time in this place! The hotel is good and staff are really great! The hotel will keep your luggage all day even you already check out. So is beautiful!

I booked this hotel based on its location to Penn Station (easy access to Newark airport) and some of the glowing reviews. I was extremely disappointed. Really, really disappointed. With 1 more night this year (it's May) I will quality for platinum status in Marriott Bonvoy - and I've been at least gold status for the last 20 years in each of Marriott and Starwood- and therefore know a thing or two about hotels, and the Marriott group of hotels. Without a doubt, this was the most disappointing property I've ever stayed in within this chain. During the stay we had 4 different rooms. We'd booked a suite, and saw 2 of those. These were both grim. The "suite" part of the room was gloomy with old dated furniture, filthy looking carpet, seating for 2 or 3 people (a filthy looking 1.5 person sofa, a filthy looking cushion seat with no arms, and a desk chair) - useless for a room supposedly for up to 4 people to relax and watch TV. That room itself was SO unpleasant, that you just didn't even want to be in there. There was no hanging hooks for towels - this had to be via draping them over open wardrobe doors in the bedroom (2 doors = 2 towels, the other towels go where?), the bathroom had a double sink (all well and good, but the space between the sink and the wall was about 18 inches meaning you had to shimmy your way up to the end sink and then were blocked in; bend over to brush your teeth and your butt hits the wall - I'd never seen such poor design in a hotel room let alone a "suite"), plus a genius design of putting a glass door that was positioned right in front of the toilet so that everyone could see you using the toilet. Add to that, the elevators, which didn't seem to run mechanically smoothly, made loud noises all night. Our first "suite" wrapped around 3 lift shafts. Rather insultingly, at reception the first morning, I was told people "like that suite". I've heard some rubbish in my life, but that takes the cake. We were moved to another "suite", with the same grim carpet, same useless old furniture, but this one had a proper sink, a glass door that didn't face the toilet, and towel hooks.... but alas.. those dreaded elevators. The manager was wonderful, and took the problem to hand, and we were assigned 2 interconnecting rooms away from the elevators. Although this awful carpet was still present, this was a much better experience, and I have to thank her for doing her best to fix the problem for us, and salvage our stay. Profuse thanks to her. Unfortunately though, someone else would be assigned those grim "suite" rooms and be told they are wonderful. If you are booking this hotel, then all I can do is recommend that you get a room as far from the elevators as possible, do not bother with a suite as the living rooms are so unpleasant that you just will sit on your bed to be away from it (which rather defeats the purpose of having a suite). My best advice though, is to steer clear of this property until it has a total refurbishment. Such as shame as the location is very handy to many places you want to visit, multiple subway lines and Penn Station for EWR airport.

Absolutely loved our stay with this hotel. They made us feel so welcomed! Everything from the location to room to the front desk to the daily cleaning service was top notch. We were very sorry to not have any cash with us for tips, this is a great hotel and you won't regret choosing it!

I will start by saying that I hate staying at NYC Marriott properties. They are all so overpriced for the quality.This property really disappointed me though: 1) Oversold their inventory for the night I booked and couldn't honor my King bed request. They moved me to a "bigger room" with two queen beds and a weird bathroom... 2) Bathroom is beyond strange. A normal sized person barely fits between the awkward double sink and the wall. 3) Bathroom was dirty - hairs from previous guests in the shower. 🤢 Gross. 4) Ice machine broken 5) Odd flooring in the room between carpets and bathroom floors meant I hit my toes HARD against the edge of the entry to the bathroom. I damaged and almost lost a toe nail in the process. Someone really got "creative" with this room. It's probably not up to code if you ask me.

Excelente instalaciones y servicio por parte del personal, todos muy amables. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, lo suficientemente cerca de todos los sitios de interés para moverte caminando. Agradecemos especialmente a las dos chicas que estaban en recepción en el turno de la tarde y a Camilo y su compañero por hacer de nuestra estancia una maravilla!! Volveremos sin ninguna duda!! Perfecto para una estancia de turista, esta muy bien ubicado, buena wifi, buenas camas, habitaciones correctas y limpias. Vistas a la calle. No hay ruidos, bien climatizada. Y sobretodo que se llega a todas partes casi caminando, si vienes a turisquear. Locales para comprar comida rapida cerca. Metros muy cerca. Y que tienes tan cerca el empire estates, que es bonito verlo cuando vas cerca del hotel

OMG!! I must say, this was my very first time visiting New York. My experience staying at this hotel was amazing!! I read the reviews and it's so true!! Everyone is very friendly, nice and courteous! From the time you walk in the door you will be greeted. The morning breakfast staff was very amazing the rooms were clean and smelled great. The view was amazing everyone was so friendly! I will most definitely stay here again I recommend !!

Don and I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard /Chelsea for 2 nights. Just a couple of blocks from the train station, the room was very clean, bright and cheery. I think the main reason we had such a great experience was because of the welcoming staff. Anyone we met from behind the desk to the Doorman was so friendly and helpful which is so important to guests. We haven't been home 24 hours and we are already planning our next visit in May. This is a nice, clean, recently updated Courtyard. 24hr Self Parking $50/night is just halfway down a short block. So, very easy in and out. Usual Starbucks in the lobby. All staff courteous and helpful.Wish there was more precise info about parking on the website. No details on Bonvoy and no ability to call hotel directly, option disable. In the end it worked out great and I will return... but could have done without the angst of not having the details ahead of the game.

Letting us check it early, was so wonderful after a long flight! Also stored our luggage free of charge after checkout. Great service, very clean, comfy bed, hot water at any hour, excellent location.. I have no words to express how great our 8 day stay was!

Me cobraron mi estadía dos veces a mi tarjeta y aún no lo he resuelto. Adicional a eso todas las madrugadas me cobraban a mi tarjeta unos cargos de entre $200 y $500 q ellos mismo ni me pudieron explicar de q es. Espero q me devuelvan mi dinero, fueron tantos cargos q mi tarjeta llegó a dar decline. Las habitaciones muy limpias aunque las fundas de almohadas estaban manchadas, sucias,pero lo demás muy bn. Cuando llegue el aire no funcionaba pero tan pronto hablamos el personal nos atendió muy amable y nos movió a otra habitación más cómoda y donde si funcionaba el aire. El handyman del hotel (a l q habla español) muy amable,front muy amable; todo el personal excelente. Ubicación en donde tienes puntos de interés muy cerca , como el Times Square, puedes llegar caminandoa solo minutos. El hotel es muy moderno, bonito , limpio , muy buena ubicación. A pesar de tener esta situación q estoy resolviendo de mi dinero me gusto mucho este hotel. Y si me llegan a resolver lo de mi dinero lo tendré como opción para una próxima ocasión.

La tarjeta con la cual hice la reservacion fue cargada 1 semana antes de mi hospedaje. Segun el hotel esto fue porque la tarifa era de prepago, pero nadie me dijo esto. Despues el primer dia, la tarjeta fue cargada otros $80 por "incidentals" Normalmente esto es normal pero solo se pone un hold en la tarjeta
