“I travel often for work and typically stay at Hilton for rewards points, but this place was a mistake. Location is great, but would not recommend.I stayed here for 8 days. On day 4, I put in a request for towels. It took 3 requests to the front desk before towels would show up to my room. On day 6, I finally received towels.Additionally, I requested room to be cleaned/serviced 3 times and each time I was told “we will get you on the schedule”. Housekeeping never showed up. I stayed here for 8 days and could not get clean linens, trash cans emptied, or even toilet paper. Eventually, I bought my own toilet paper as I was fed up with the service and staff ignoring my request.If you are planning to stay here for an extended amount of time, I would consider other options even though location is great.”

“We stayed for 6 days at this hotel May 18/23 and we loved everything from our stay! The hotel was safe, clean and had great breakfast variety! Yes, they have paper plates but unless you want to help wash a dish due to staffing shortage..stop complaining!
The breakfast and front desk staff were wonderful and very polite. Rooms where clean and we will definitely stay there again plus...metro is right across the street, tons of food and fun places around. Didn't use the pool, so can't review that.”
