Gostei da localização do hotel, muito conveniente, funcionários acolhedores. . Faltavam toalhas e um chuveiro quebrado no quarto, não tenho certeza de quem dá a este hotel 4 pontos, mas eu diria que 3 podem ser. .Você paga por wifi, café da manhã. Fiquei em hotéis Hyatt 2,5 estrelas, mas muito mais limpo, wifi grátis e café da manhã. No geral, acho que recebi pelo que paguei, não posso reclamar, também era um quarto limpo. .

Tive uma ótima experiência para a festa de aniversário de 1 ano do meu filho.Madison foi extremamente meticulosa e prestativa do início ao fim. Os funcionários que ajudaram a atender este evento foram fantásticos!100% recomendam os recursos de hospedagem de eventos deste hotel !!

Liked the hotel location, very convenient, welcoming staff.. Had missing towels, and a broken shower head in the room, not sure who gives this hotel 4 start but I would say 3 may be..You pay for wifi, breakfast. I stayed in Hyatt 2.5 star hotels but way cleaner, free wifi and breakfast. Over all I guess I got for what I paid, can’t complain, it was a clean room as well..

Este lugar está além de decepcionante. O atendimento ao cliente deixa muito a desejar. Solicitei arrumação - pessoalmente na recepção - e ninguém nunca veio para limpar o quarto em dois dias. Os quartos são muito escuros com iluminação mínima. As portas do pátio não abrem e não têm telas, então não há ventilação. E o banheiro não estava bem limpo, a banheira estava visivelmente suja. Esta parece ser uma tendência com Marriott.

This place is beyond disappointing. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I requested housekeeping - in person at the front desk - and no one ever came to clean the room in two days. The rooms are very dark with minimal lighting. The patio doors don't open and don't have screens so there's no ventilation. And the bathroom was not well cleaned, the tub was visibly dirty. This seems to be a trend with Marriott.

O quarto era muito Espaçoso e limpo. A única razão pela qual dei 4* é o café da manhã que poderia ser um pouco melhor, pois há poucas opções e não é o melhor. Gostaria especialmente de agradecer Manisha da recepção que fez a nossa estadia melhor com uma atitude muito simpática e prestativa! :)

Se você precisa ficar por perto, este é um bom lugar. O grill é bom e tinha alguns bons especiais. Eles perderam meu perfil dizendo que eu precisava de travesseiros não alergênicos em vez de para baixo, mas depois da primeira noite eu mencionei isso e havia dois travesseiros não alergênicos limpos selados em plástico do lado de fora da minha porta. Eu realmente apreciei isso.

Ótimo hotel. Os quartos são bastante atualizados. Tudo limpo e funcionando bem. Cama confortável e uma TV enorme. Localização conveniente para a rodovia, e sem ruído da estrada. Muito estacionamento disponível. Buffet de café-da-manhã foi incluído na minha tarifa de quarto. Não é o melhor, mas nada de ruim nisso. Check-in lento porque havia apenas uma pessoa no balcão, mas ele trabalhou o mais rápido que pôde. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Antes do covid, eu classificaria este hotel em 4 estrelas. Dou 2 estrelas porque a cama é confortável e o lobby é bom, com uma área decente para comer. Este hotel caiu muito desde 2020. Eu costumava ficar lá 2-3 vezes por ano, depois voltei recentemente. O serviço de limpeza é apenas A CADA QUATRO DIAS, a menos que você solicite. Solicitei e me disseram que não havia garantias. Meu pedido ficou sem resposta, SEM SERVIÇO DE MAID. As toalhas estão surradas e me lembrou as toalhas de ginástica do ensino médio. Tendo saído de um avião, eu queria um banho no check-in e tive que solicitar toalhas extras (uma segunda para o meu cabelo e depois toalhas para a manhã). Então, quando fui me deitar, tinha cabelo nos lençóis! NÃO É MEU! Eles prontamente me deram um novo quarto e, no dia seguinte, encontrei cabelos soltos em uma toalha de banho supostamente limpa. O que costumava ser um hotel limpo e confortável não é mais assim. Os padrões de arrumação e limpeza estão claramente sendo comprometidos aqui. Isto não é o que eu esperaria de um Marriott!! Da próxima vez, vou ver se tenho mais sorte no Hilton.

If you need to stay near by this is a good place. The grill is good and had some good specials. They missed my profile saying I needed non allergenic pillows instead of down but after the first night I mentioned it and there were two clean non allergenic pillows sealed in plastic outside my door. I really appreciated this.

The room was very spacious and clean. The only reason I gave 4* is the breakfast which could be a bit better as there are few options and it's not the best. I would especially want to thank Manisha from the front desk who made our stay better with a very friendly and helpful attitude! :)

Great hotel. Rooms are pretty up-to-date. Everything clean and worked well. Comfortable bed and a huge TV. Convenient location to the highway, and no road noise. Plenty of parking available. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rate. Not the best, but nothing bad about it. Check-in slow because there was only one person at the desk, but he worked as fast as he could. I would stay here again.

Before covid, I would have rated this hotel at 4 stars. I give it 2 stars because the bed is comfortable and the lobby is nice, with a decent area to grab a bite to eat. This hotel has gone way downhill since 2020. I used to stay there 2-3 times a year, then recently went back. Maid service is only EVERY FOUR DAYS, unless you request it. I requested it and was told that there were no guarantees. My request went unanswered, NO MAID SERVICE. The towels are threadbare and reminded me of the high school gym towels. Having stepped off an airplane, I wanted a shower upon checking in and had to request extra towels (a second one for my hair, and then towels for the morning). Then, when I went to get into the bed, there was hair on the sheets! NOT MINE! They did promptly give me a new room and the next day, I found stray hairs on a supposedly clean bath towel. What used to be a clean and comfortable hotel is no longer such. Housekeeping and cleanliness standards are clearly being compromised here. This is NOT what I would expect from a Marriott!! Next time, I will see if I have better luck at the Hilton.

O lugar era bastante limpo, havia alguns azulejos danificados no banheiro. Os porta-papel higiênico ficam um pouco longe do vaso sanitário. Muitas toalhas e sabonetes. Frigobar é muito pequeno, sem microondas. A cama era confortável, mas os travesseiros não eram os melhores.

Place was pretty clean, there was some damaged tile in the bathroom. Toilet paper holders are a little far away from the toilet. Plenty of towels and Soaps. Fridge is very small, no microwave. Bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't the best.
