Este lugar foi o paraíso absoluto na terra após a nossa experiência no Holiday Inn. Dissemos ao recepcionista como fomos mal tratados no Holiday Inn e os quartos extremamente pobres estavam lá. Ele nos ouviu e garantiu que fôssemos bem tratados. O cavalheiro da noite na recepção realmente fez a nossa estadia valer a pena. O quarto era limpo e incrível. Eu realmente recomendaria este hotel a ninguém.

This place was absolute heaven on earth after our experience at holiday Inn. We told the front desk clerk how we were poorly treated at the Holiday Inn and the extremely poor rooms were there. He listened to us and made sure we were treated right. The evening gentleman at the desk really made our stay worthwhile. The room was clean and amazing. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ótima localização. Está localizado bem próximo a clínicas, restaurantes, lojas e super mercados. A única coisa é que não há paradas do FSI neste local, mas você pode definitivamente pegar o ônibus público pela manhã, que custa US $ 2 por viagem ou apenas caminhar por 25 minutos.

Agora é isso que eu espero de um Marriott. Tratamento de tapete vermelho 5 estrelas. Processo de check-in impecável. Eu informei a equipe que minha família e eu chegaríamos tarde. É muito refrescante ter uma equipe profissional, independentemente do horário. Todos aqui me trataram com o maior respeito. Outros Marriotts precisam seguir seu exemplo. Fiquei até surpreso com um upgrade de quarto. Experiência fabulosa. Obrigado Marriot! Adorei o café da manhã todos os dias!

Great location. Its located very close to the clinics, restaurants, stores, and super markets. Only thing is that there is no FSI stops at this location but you can definitely take the public bus in the mornings which cost $2 a trip or just walk for 25 minutes.

Now this is what I expect from a Marriott. 5 star red carpet treatment. Flawless check-in process. I informed the staff my family and I would be coming in late. It's very refreshing to have a professional staff regardless of the hours. Everyone here treated me with the upmost respect. Other Marriotts need to follow their lead. I was even surprised with a room upgrade. Fabulous experience. Thank you Marriott! Loved the breakfast everyday!

CONVÉS DA PISCINA PERIGOSO A neta de 3 anos, que nada várias vezes por semana nas piscinas interior e exterior sem incidentes, escorregou e caiu na piscina desta propriedade. Pele rachada aberta por seu olho. O EMS foi chamado. Levada para a Sala de Emergência do Hospital Infantil, onde eles colocaram pontos, incluindo um na borda do olho. A recepção foi muito inútil. Não sabia a localização do hospital mais próximo, vago sobre a localização do atendimento de urgência mais próximo. Aconteceu na primeira noite de estadia de 4 noites. Ninguém a seguiu para ver se ela estava bem. Várias outras pessoas na piscina tinham histórias sobre o quão escorregadio era o deck da piscina e como eles haviam caído. Marriott bloqueou meu comentário em seu site. Sem linguagem chula. Nada além de fatos. MUITO decepcionante! Marriott parece muito desinteressado!

DANGEROUS POOL DECK 3-year-old granddaughter, who swims multiple times per week at both indoor and outdoor pools without incident, slipped and fell at this property’s pool. Split skin open by her eye. EMS was called. Taken to Children’s Hospital Emergency Room where they put in stitches including one on the edge of her eye. Front desk was VERY UNhelpful. Didn’t know location of nearest hospital, vague about location of nearest urgent care. Happened on first night of 4 night stay. No one followed up to see if she was okay.Several other people at the pool had stories about how slippery the pool deck was and how they had fallen. Marriott blocked my review on their website. No foul language. Nothing but facts. VERY disappointing!Marriott seems very uninterested!

John Wickman foi uma recepção rude - tentando fazer o check-in à noite e estava sendo rude e pouco profissional. Acusou-me de assediá-lo e até me disse que chamaria a polícia e minha “mãe” me ensinou a não ser educada. Estava fazendo uma pergunta simples, quando meu parceiro “branco” tentou fazer o check-in, ele foi legal. Mas quando fiz o check-in (porque a reserva estava em meu nome) - foi diferente. É porque eu sou asiático? Senhor, você é rude e uma vergonha para os hotéis Marriott. Velho racista!!!Mesmo que “não possamos” fazer o check-in ainda, não seja rude com clientes fiéis ou quaisquer clientes ou não seja rude com as pessoas. Você não os ameaça para chamar a polícia ou incluir “sua” mãe em como eles o criaram. Inaceitável, rude e racista!

Eu gosto de cagar aqui. Eles têm banheiros muito bons. E ninguém me questiona quando eu entro. Mesmo que eu pareça claramente não ser um convidado lá. Sempre parece limpo. E a área do salão é muito confortável. Isso é tudo que posso dizer sobre isso.

John Wickman was a rude front desk - trying to check in at night and was being rude and unprofessional. Accused me of harassing him and even told me that he will call the police and my “mother” taught me not to be polite. Was asking him a simple question, when my “white” partner tried to check in, he was nice. But when I checked in (cause the reservation was under my name) - it was different. Is it because I’m Asian? Sir, you are rude and a disgrace for Marriott hotels. Racist old man!!!Even if we “can’t” check in yet, don’t be rude with loyal customers or any customers or don’t be rude with people. You don’t threaten them to call the police or include “your” mother on how they raised you. Unacceptable, rude and racist!

I like to poop here. They have very nice bathrooms. And no one questions me when I walk In. Even if I clearly look like I'm not a guest there. It always looks clean. And the lounge area is very comfy. That's all I can say about it.

A equipe da recepção amigável e muito útil. Ótima localização. Estacionamento não incluído, mas vale o custo e muito melhor do que tentar lidar com estacionamento na rua com limites de 2 horas. No entanto, um carro é opcional - muitas opções de transporte público e compartilhamento de carona.

Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Great location. Parking not included but worth the cost and much better than trying to deal with street parking with 2hour limits. However a car is optional- many options for public transport and ride share.
