“This hotel had great customer service and the room was nice however, there are a few things that prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating. The first thing is that the room could have been a little bit cleaner. The second thing is that there is a waiter there named Billy Jo that was extremely rude to me at the restaurant. The last thing is that when I reported how rude Billy Jo was the supervisor wrote a “report” and I haven’t heard anything back instead Billy Jo was allowed to insert herself into the conversation which resulted in her abandoning her duty as the Bartender/waiter to ask if there was a problem. I didn’t appreciate at that and I will not be back.”

“Do NOT order their shuttle service. Just trust me on this. They have zero respect for you and your time. They have driven off and left me chasing them then when my girlfriend called they made her wait an hour just sitting there. The staff in the hotel are friendly and nice. The bread fast is good. Rooms are decent. Based on the shuttle experience I will never stay there again. Tooany other hotels in the area and I fear the attitude of the drivers will spread across to the rest of the hotel staff.”
