My wife and I spent the final night of our honeymoon here. And honestly we were extremely happy with the hotel. The service was fantastic. George checked up on us pretty continuously leading up to our stay and once there he made sure to get us set up with a special desert to celebrate our honeymoon brought to our room while we were at dinner. We got there a little later so our check in was simple and easy. Also Poblado is quite a loud place area but we had a suite with the hot tub and when we closed the second set of doors separating the bed from the windows, We couldn’t hear anything which was great. Also, what hotel has a pillow list to make sure you’ve got whatever type of pillow you want. We will most certainly be staying here if/when we return to Medellin. Special shout out to George.

Uma equipe muito simpática, uma ótima localização e um hotel moderno com todas as comodidades que você esperaria para o preço. Se você é um festeiro que gosta de festejar até tarde, é isso. Mas não fique aqui se tiver que acordar cedo. Música alta até 2h nos dias de semana e 4h nos fins de semana.O hotel ganha apenas 3 estrelas porque eles cobram uma quantia exagerada de taxas que não são esclarecidas no momento da reserva, então verifique sua conta final no check-out. Está em espanhol, portanto, se você não fala espanhol, precisa que eles sejam claros. Embora você receba café da manhã de graça com a sua estadia, fui cobrada uma taxa e uma gorjeta do restaurante, embora nunca tenha comido no restaurante fora do café da manhã.Além disso, o hotel tentou me penhorar sua apólice de seguro mensal, obrigando-me a pagar pelo seguro, algo que já deveria estar coberto com a alta diária.Por último, sua política de hóspedes é ambígua. Não importa se você fica 1 noite ou 1 semana, você só pode trazer 1 pessoa gratuitamente. Cada hóspede adicional depois disso custa US $ 45.Eu ficaria aqui novamente? Really friendly staff, a great location, and a modern hotel with all the amenities you'd expect for the price. If you're a party goer that likes to party late, this is it. But don't stay here if you have to wake up early. Loud music until 2am on the weekdays and 4am on the weekends.
The hotel gets only 3 stars because they charge an unreasonable amount of fees that's not clarified when you book so check your final bill at checkout. It's in Spanish so if you don't speak Spanish, you need to have them clarify. Although you get free breakfast with your stay, I got charged a restaurant fee and tip even though I never ate at the restaurant outside breakfast.
On top of that, the hotel tried to pawn off their monthly insurance policy on me by making me pay for their insurance, something that should already be covered with the high daily rate.
Lastly, their guest policy is ambiguous. No matter if you stay 1 night or 1 week, you can only bring 1 guest for free. Every additional guest after that is US$45.
Would I stay here again? Only if they got rid of all their excessive fees. But they do get 3 stars for their friendly service, clean amenities, and great location.

Eu gostei do Charlee. A equipe foi excelente, e as vistas e o ambiente são incomparáveis. É um hotel de estilo de vida, não um lugar tranquilo e descontraído para uma boa noite de sono com a família. Ele faz o que faz muito bem.

The hotel and location are great,but due to a mistake from their front desk, they made me change room with a downgrade. So they told me they would reimburse me the difference,but instead of doing so, they took an extra 100$ from my card... that really sucked that they are so unprofessional...

I enjoyed the Charlee. The staff was outstanding, and the views and ambience we're unparalleled. It is a lifestyle hotel, not a quiet, laid-back place to get a good night's sleep with the family. It does what it does very well.

This is for the bar/restaurant, not the hotel. The cocktails were terrible. Virtually no alcohol at all. Every. Single. One. When we complained and asked for a splash more we were refused. The fried chicken was pretty decent but otherwise the food was mediocre at best. Some of us didn't even bother to finish. Needless to say, we got out of their after our 1 round was over. The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because it does have a great view of the city.
