Que lugar mas lindo,a começarpelo jardim que tem em volta de todo local, com rio que passa ao lado,as quedas de águas,a entrada do hotel,a lareira do holl de entrada e da sala de refeições,a comida e o caféda manhãque ésensacional,os quartos sãosuper confortáveis e aconchegantes.A decoração. élinda e o atendimento é muito especial;vale muito a pena.O trem que faz passeio de Matchu Pichu saí do hotel.

El restaurante del hotel está en mi lista de top del mundo. Hoy regresé después de unos años a Cusco y volví por el cuy crocante.Que delicia! Un placer de sabores y texturas. Mi esposo pidió los Gnochis, muy ricos también y el Creme Brule de Muña buenazo. Pero la estrella de la mesa nuevamente fue el Cuy.

The hotel is just gorgeous. A beautiful property near the city of urubamba and also close to the river. I loved the room they gave us, with a terrace. The breakfast was delicious, the adobo cusqueño had the right kick. My experience was overall good except for the fact that there was a mixup at the moment of my reservation and when I called the hotel, the person who answered was not friendly. She was not helpful at all either during the call. Once in the hotel everything was great until the morning I was leaving when really loud upstairs neighbors didn't let me sleep at 8 am. At 11 am, someone was moving furniture! Our waitress Lucila and Walter were lovely, they brought our breakfast outside and Lucy have us recommendations for the city and Urubamba.

Un lugar mágico! Gracias por la excelente atención de Edison Aparicio y su equipo en especial de Gerard que nos guió en la experiencia del Pisco, la hemos pasado increíble. El Hotel super elegante, el spa con sus piscinas de hidromasajes fueron lo mejor. 🤗

Impresionante y lujoso hotel enclavado en el Valle Sagrado. Excelente spa, lindas bicicletas eléctricas para recorrer todo el hermoso complejo. Las actividades estan muy buenas, la atención super esmerada. Un verdadero 10, por encima de la media de hoteles de alta categoría.

Incredible hotel, impeccable staff, don't miss the swimming pool in the spa.Fantastic and uniquecocktails in the bar and great breakfast buffet.Dinner entrees were not impressive.Tried NY strip, trout, Oriental chx all passable but not remarkable.Highly recommend this property.If you are taking the early morning Peru rail vistadome train to macchu picchu, the train station is on property and staff help you with all your bags to the train. Just awesome!

Very modern and clean place!Everything makes you feel very comfortable and the staff's service are excellent. Fluent in English, they answer to all your questions very quickly and make you feel at home.You can also sign up Machu Picchu package at the lobby as well. Very worthwhile place to visit

This was our first stop in Peru and our way to adapt to the altitude since Urubamba is not as high as Cusco. We extended our stay there and eventually stayed for 6 days since I was sick. And let me tell you, we are very well travelled, but this hotel is one of the BEST we have ever stayed in. Most people who work here are so dedicated to give good service, it is amazing. Especially Jossi one of the concierge team was outstanding. Her English is perfect and she treated us like friends as soon as we stepped through the door after a grueing journey from Chile. Every time we saw her she helped us out and we shared stories and had super nice conversations. Also the room was super spacious and well decorated with a view into the nice and well maintained gardens. And the breakfast...out of this world - sooo good!! I will add some photos here, but including ‘detox station’ with green and red juices. We ordered most of the time the Florentine egg which we liked best. I recommend also to go outside and experience Urubamba which is a really nice and less touristy town. Lots of good and less expensive food options out there too.

A really wonderful hotel in the Sacred valley. Well appointed rooms, very good facilities, friendly staff. Overlooking the sacred river and the Andes mountains. Highly recommended!

Wow this hotel is absolutely amazing, the grounds here are so well manicured that simply walking around through the gardens and down towards the river is absolutely beautiful. The spa and swimming pool area is really nice and the in-house restaurant is absolutely amazing. services second to none I suggest you visit this place if you are staying in the sacred valley

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the Sacred Valley. The location and amenities were top notch. Very helpful concierge service & a travel agency on site to help with logistics. I used a suite upgrade and found the upgrade well worth it. It was a beautifully situated room with access to a lovely garden area. The infinity pool is gently heated and was perfect for some late night star gazing. The breakfast was fantastic. Very good variety and high quality of options.

Upon arrival we were greeted at the door and guided to the lobby for registration which was smooth and effortless. Our luggage arrived before us to our enormous beautifully furnished room. The service and restaurant were exemplary for our three day stay. Due to our early (4.00am) departure on our final day the hotel provided a simple breakfast of croissants and coffee together with a travel box of delicious treats. Highly recommended.

What an amazing hotel! It couldn't have been more luxurious or well appointed. The facilities were just excellent. All the staff were amazing, but a special mention must go to Raul and Walter who waited on us at breakfast every morning. They were the perfect start to the day - so hospitable, generous with their information on attractions and local customs, and were very attentive to us and everyone else there. Great work guys and thank you for making our trip so special.

Hotel Tambo del Inka en Valle Sagrado es uno de los mejores hoteles del mundo. Rodeado de verde en una atmósfera especial. La amabilidad, dulzura y profesionalismo del Staff del hotel lo convierten en una rareza en su especie. En el trato, es un hotel boutique, pero en las dimensiones es un Hotel con todas las comodidades de las grandes candenas del mundo donde ningún detalle está librado al azar. Las habitaciones son de grandes dimensiones, limpísima, cómodas y con un servicio de lujo. Las actividades que proponen a los pasajeros, dentro y fuera del hotel son variadas y para todos los gustos. Lo mejor es el SPA!! Es IN -CRE - I - BLE!!! Con muchas opciones y tratamientos para cada necesidad. La piscina y el circuito de aguas es imperdible!! Sin dudas, volveré siempre!!

This place is everything you expect from a 5 star resort.since the dessing to the service. It's a great hotel where you will be able to walk along the river and spend some time in the amazing rooms and relax your self. It's not a cheap option but it deserves every cent.
