“I’m awarding a five star review based on the culture I’ve found at this hotel the times I have stayed there. The front desk staff are kind, competent and helpful without being overly friendly and weird. I specifically want to mention Sanjy and Pierre at the front desk. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts by far in terms of variety, having hot food and a staff who are keeping track of stocking and cleanliness. The only hotels more convenient to Mall of America would be the hotels actually attached to it. Highly recommend.”

“I love the location of this hotel and the price was fair. The room, however, was not up to my standards. We had issues with the air conditioning (it took all night to drop the temp 1 degree) and we had an outlet in our room with a scorch mark. I was definitely not comfortable with using that one even though the hotel said they see it all the time. The bathroom was also pretty small. All in all it wasn't terrible but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again. The service was pretty good though.”
