“Great location for a quick business trip. The lobby and outdoor seating area are very nice, and you can tell they’ve been updated recently. The staff was also very kind. The reason for the 2 star review is because the rooms are extremely dated, as well as the conference rooms. I had many co workers complaining about how gross their showers/bathtubs were (specifically mentioning black rings around the tub). While my room didn’t have that specific problem, the heating / cooling unit was as loud as a lawn mower turning on and off.”

“Popped into Phoenix for 2 days on a business trip and stayed here since it was so close to the airport - just a 5 or 6 minutes ride. They do have a shuttle but you have to call and wait for it to come get you which wasn't the big deal.
The building is aging and much of the common areas are dark and dated but reasonably well maintained. The rooms were okay, not quite as clean as I would typically see but not bad enough to request a change. And the bistro was pretty limited while I was there but all the hotel staff were fantastic.
Definitely not the place I would take my family on vacation but if I head back out to Phoenix for a short business trip again, I would consider it.”
