“The staff here is great. Very helpful and attentive and always willing to help with recommendations or arrangements. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the included breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.
Two things to be aware of. First, the wifi does not reach every room. We were in 303 and although we could connect, the wifi would cut out every few minutes. In the lobby it works fine. Second, the hot water is not constant or immediate. It takes some time to get there; one time it took five minutes to warm up.”

“The hotel was a great value! Just a 10 minute walk from the craziness/liveliness of El Poblado. Super clean rooms and very friendly service.
Let me tell you... The 10 minute walk is UP HILL, so be prepared... 😅
The breakfast fine, nothing notable. The hot water was hit or miss. At times, it couldn't get up to tolerably warm. But then it would be good an hour or so later.
Overall, a lovely experience and a great price.”
