Me parece un lugar increíble. Muy céntrico y buena comunicación con todo. El personal es sublime: agradables, educados, atentos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El desayuno buffet excepcional con gran variedad y calidad. Las habitaciones espaciosas, cómodas y con todo detalles. Todo muy limpio y muy silencioso. Mencionar la amabilidad de Ana y de David ya que fueron muy atentos y muy amables respondiendo nuestras preguntas y guiándonos en estas vacaciones.

Es la segunda vez que nos hemos hospedado en este hotel y en ambas ocasiones hemos estado muy a gusto. Hotel céntrico y muy cuidado. Además mi mujer es celiaca y siempre se han preocupado por ella desde la llegada en recepción hasta durante los desayunos para que tuviese de todo a su disposición. Mención especial para Jairo xq es excepcional con la alegría y amabilidad que trata a todo el mundo. Sin duda volveremos.

La habitación si es interior para mi mal, buena cama, aseo correcto pero el frente que es todo cortina sin apenas espacio entre la largura de cama y eso grandes ventanales que abres y es un patio interior cubierto.Que cada uno valore si le gusta despertar y abrir ventanas y respirar aire.!!!

Este é um hotel extremamente confortável e bem localizado. Café da manhã, o melhor de hoje. Mas, pela minha experiência, há que destacar o profissionalismo, eficiência e simpatia dos colaboradores, o que é invulgar, sem ser nada incómodo. E o trabalho de Francisco na recepção é especialmente digno de nota, um luxo de pessoa e funcionário. Altamente recomendável. Já fui várias vezes e, se Deus quiser, voltarei.

Se trata de un hotel sumamente cómodo y bien situado. El desayuno, de lo mejorcito hoy en día. Pero, desde mi experiencia, debe destacarse la profesionalidad, eficiencia y amabilidad de los empleados, que no es habitual, sin ser molesta en absoluto. Y es especialmente resaltable el trabajo de Francisco en recepción, un lujo de persona y empleado. Altamente recomendable. He estado varias veces y, Dios mediante, volveré.

Acierto seguro con la calidad NH. Bien situado junto a la parada de metro de Abascal. Tiene parking fácil para aparcar. La habitación no es muy grande. La cama si lo es y muy cómoda. Baño completo. Hall muy bonito con 2 ascensores panorámicos

Gran hotel a un paso de todo pero fuera de las aglomeraciones. La habitación Premium, fenomenal, muy grande y con vistas a la calle Abascal. Todo el personal amabilísimo, desde la llegada hasta la salida del establecimiento. Especial mención para Rebeca, en el comedor durante los desayunos: un 10 en todo. Muchas gracias por tu trato.

Depois de um longo voo, fomos capazes de nos mudar para o nosso quarto mais cedo sem problemas. Um upgrade da senhora muito simpática na recepção tornou isso ainda mais agradável. A suíte tinha um ótimo terraço, estava muito bem mobiliada e, acima de tudo, tranquila. O colchão era muito confortável. O café da manhã e novamente o serviço muito amigável não deixou nada a desejar. Adorável novamente!

The staff is superb! We are always recognised and taken good care of. Wonderful service, especially Francesco who often be there for us on the ground floor, helping us in commuting and everything.The hotel building is very nice, reminding us pf how beautiful Spanish architecture is. The location is good. I commute to all attractions, shopping places and airport for no more than 20 mins by taxi.

The staff are kind, and the service is great.Rooms are clean and of appropriate size. Location was VERY convenient!Only thing I would change is a bathtub in the bathroom - we only had a big, beautiful shower.

I’ve worked in hotels and travel often for work and I must say that this property is my absolute FAVORITE!!! Great staff (multilingual and several who speak perfect English), immaculately clean, and beautiful rooms. They even have Nespresso machines! The price is very reasonable for the great value and service you get. Make sure to get a package that includes breakfast. It makes for a great start to any day! Can’t wait to stay there again!

Very well located around lots of restaurants and handy transport locations. Breakfast was good with made to order eggs which is a plus. Bed was really comfy although the room has a weird shape, mostly because the building has a funny shape.Would recommend and will be going back in the future.

This is one of the best hotels I know! I travel a lot. It is clean and the rooms are bright and quiet. The stuff and the manager,Francesco maleci,is one of the best managers i Met so far. From the moment I arrived here, it felt welcoming. It has a little city feel with beautiful Spaniard taste. The staff was accommodating and extremely kind. It was my first time in Madrid and they directed me to several local spots. The rooms were cozy, inviting and extremely well kept.

Large and traditional feeling Hotel, modernised sympathetically, with a wide variety of different room categories. All comfortable, but rooms overlooking the main Street are subject to quite a lot of traffic noise on lower floors. Very friendly and obliging breakfast service & all the staff were particularly welcoming. Not at all cheap to stay here during weekdays, so you are best advised to get a last minute deal before making a reservation at a higher price. Excellent location for business activities
