Nós se hospedaram no Hampton Inn enquanto na cidade para um concerto no recinto de feiras. Reservamos nossa estadia pelo aplicativo Hilton Honors, então pude fazer o check-in on-line com antecedência e caminhar direto para o nosso quarto quando chegamos sem parar na recepção. Eles nos colocaram em um quarto sem vizinhos ao lado, como de costume. Eu gostei deste hotel porque tinha estacionamento gratuito e pequeno-almoço quente gratuito. Era limpo e espaçoso, como sempre espero de ficar com o Hilton. A equipe com quem interagimos foi muito simpática. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem estavam abertas, então aproveitamos uma noite relaxante.Havia muitos restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. A maioria dos vencedores que encontramos na área estava a dez minutos ou menos de distância. O posto de gasolina ao lado do hotel também foi uma grande vantagem. Estava aberto quando saímos às 5 da manhã.Eu vi comentários deste hotel específico reclamando de taxas ocultas ridiculamente caras. Eu nunca, em cinco anos, experimentei isso. Eu reservo exclusivamente com o Hilton usando seu aplicativo e as taxas de limpeza usuais foram aplicadas.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn while in town for a concert at the fair grounds. We booked our stay through the Hilton honors app, so I was able to check in online ahead of time and walk right to our room when we arrived without stopping at the desk. They placed us in a room with no next door neighbors as usual. I liked this hotel because it had free parking and free hot breakfast. It was clean and spacious, as I always expect from staying with Hilton. The staff we did interact with was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were open, so we did enjoy an evening relaxing. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. Most of the winners we found in the area were ten minutes or less away. The gas station directly next to the hotel was also a huge plus. It was open when we left at 5am. I’ve seen reviews of this specific hotel complaining about ridiculously expensive hidden fees. I have never, in five years, experienced this. I book exclusively with Hilton using their app and the usual cleaning fees have applied.

Tudo do check-in ao check-out foi ótimo!! O funcionário da frente foi extremamente amigável. O quarto era muito Espaçoso e limpo. Adorei o chuveiro acessível que facilitou muito o banho das crianças. As camas eram muito confortáveis!!! A área circundante era muito agradável e o hotel não estava muito longe de coisas que precisávamos. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem eram muito agradáveis, era um pouco menor do que o outro Hampton em que ficamos, mas ainda assim era bom. Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia e com certeza gostaria de reservar aqui para ficar novamente!! Todo o hotel era tão limpo e cheirava a fresco, o que é um grande ponto de venda para nós.

¡Todo, desde el check in hasta el check out, fue genial! El recepcionista del personal fue extremadamente amable. La habitación era muy espaciosa y limpia. Me encantó la ducha accesible que hizo que bañar a los niños fuera mucho más fácil. Las camas eran muy cómodas!!! La zona de los alrededores era muy agradable y el hotel no estaba demasiado lejos de las cosas que necesitábamos. La piscina y el jacuzzi eran muy agradables, era un poco más pequeño que el otro Hampton en el que nos alojamos, pero aún así era agradable. ¡Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y definitivamente volveríamos a reservar aquí para quedarnos! Todo el hotel estaba muy limpio y olía a fresco, lo cual es un gran punto de venta para nosotros.

Super friendly staff when we arrived, and was able to get early check in, which was fantastic. Rooms were big, clean, had plenty of amenities, and had an amazing hot breakfast. So impressed. Would definitely stay again

Everything from check in to check out was great!! The front staff clerk was extremely friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the accessible shower which made bathing the kids a whole lot easier. The beds were very comfy!!! The surrounding area was very nice and the hotel was not too far from things we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice, was a bit smaller than the other Hampton we stayed in but was still nice none the less. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here to stay again!! The entire hotel was so clean and smelled fresh which is a huge selling point for us.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência neste Hampton Inn. A equipe foi amigável e o quarto era muito grande. Foi apenas uma parada de uma noite para nós enquanto visitava Six Flags, mas uma ótima opção para quem viaja para a área...especialmente famílias como a nossa que precisam de mais do que apenas um quarto padrão de 1 ou 2 camas.

Hotel foi ótimo para a faixa de preço e familiar. Nosso quarto inicial tinha um vazamento de janela e fomos transferidos para a outra Suite que foi maravilhoso. A equipe também foi muito útil cada vez que nossos cartões de porta falharam por quaisquer razões. O quarto em si era silencioso, embora estivesse à direita de uma porta de entrada. O café da manhã foi ótimo! A única coisa foi a área da piscina tinha algumas áreas realmente brutas fora da piscina.

We had a great experience at this Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and the room was very large. It was just a one night stop for us while visiting Six Flags, but a great choice for those traveling to the area...especially families like ours that need more than just a standard 1 or 2 bed room.

The hotel staff was very welcoming upon arrival and throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and dust free. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Hotel was great for the price range and family friendly. Our initial room had a window leak and we were moved to the other Suite which was wonderful. The staff also was really helpful each time our door cards failed for whatever reasons. The room itself was quiet even though it was right by an entry door. Breakfast was great! The only thing was the pool area had a few really gross areas outside of the pool.

The customer service was excellent! The hotel and room was very clean. We stay an extra night because it was so relaxing and cost effective. We will stay again.

Três recepcionistas diferentes negaram meu pedido. Nossa empresa não usará este hotel daqui para frente.

Our company uses this hotel. I have been here the last 3 nights I am leaving today Since day one I have notified the front desk that our shower does not get hot water and we need to change rooms. Three different desk clerks have denied my request.. their solution was telling me to run the water longer which did not resolve anything leaving us with 3 days of cold showers. Our company will not be using this hotel moving forward.
