“Check in was smooth we received directions on how to get to our room. We got a double bed, opposed to the one large bed we wanted. We were able to get it changed the next morning. The water pressure in the 1st room's shower was terrible, but better in the second. We got locked out of our twice in 3 days and had to go back to the service desk both times. Once because the door lock activated it was slightly broken, the second the key stopped working. The walls are thin, there is no fridge, microwave or smart TV in the room. We had a distant view. Harrah overall good location and fairly price. The casino, shops and restaurants were nice. Definitely staying elsewhere for our next Vegas trip.”
