Muy buen lugar, ideal para descansar y atractivo para los niños. El traslado hay que mejorarlo y debe quedar en línea con las reservas. Recomendado totalmente. Su servicio es impecable, la amabilidad del personal, en especial la atención de Cony y Paola fue increíble, la comida es deliciosa, las habitaciones hermosas y limpias, las instalaciones en general son muy ordenadas, en excelente estado y muy bonitas. Volvería mil veces !! Me encanta este hotel

Voy a volver sin duda. Muy buena atención. Tamaño preciso cuando vas con niños y/o adulto mayor. Comidas variadas para todos los gustos (vegana, sin gluten, etc). Playa libre de sargazo! Amé una tienda junto a la piscina, donde luego de comprar figuras de yeso podía instalarme a pintar todo el rato que quisiera (daban todos los materiales), lo que fue muy relajante y me hizo olvidar todo el estrés acumulado.Lo recomiendo.

It was definitely not great and would not go back again! The higher level staffs were super bad, we tried to book a transportation and it never worked out, we asked for personalized birthday service, they planned with us but it never happened.

Ibero tucan é lindo, a decoração Maya é linda. Todo mundo muito receptivo, todas as refeições muito bem servidas e gostosas. A parte de sobremesa é INCRÍVEL rsrs Hotel é lindo, organizado, limpo e cheio de natureza. É um hotel que voltaríamos e indicamos de olhos fechados com certeza!!!!

Take me back!!! I cannot rave about this place enough. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon August of 2021 and fell in love with this resort! Anywhere you go on the property is so clean, staff is so friendly, the food is delicious and they have an enormous variety. Their aesthetic is so relaxing, and I love that they left a little jungle area in the middle of the resort to walk through. They clean the beaches every day from seaweed...I mean. There is no negative. Zero. This place was amazing and I would definitely recommend!

Realmente fue una experiencia maravillosa conocer este hotel, desde que entré a él con mi familia quedamos más que encantado y el trato ha sido simplemente excepcional volvería sin duda año con año. El día de hoy 25 de octubre El capitán de meseros Eduardo tuvo un trato muy especial con nosotros ya que ayudó a mi hija para conseguirle algunos materiales para un trabajo de la escuela.

It is a wonderful resort, here is everything you need to enjoy your holiday. A great special children playing zone with special pool, for adults extra big pool, with jacuzzi included. The food is amazing, every day a lot of dishes, all kinds of meet and fish, veggies and fruits. You can eat all day and night, 24/24.All the staff is awesome, very kind and helpful, nice and smiling. Room are cleaned everyday, also towels. They have a great animation team, really wonderful team. At the beach but also in the evening, everyday day different show, they are really amazing. Very professional and active, are satisfying all the guests. A lot of activity to the beach, are make you enjoying you holiday and the sun more. If you need more adventures, you can ask the excision desk from hotel, there are a lot of interesting things to visit. A really wonderful place to make you holiday. To not forget the hotel’s jungle with a lot of exotic animals, like moneys, that you can see them every day.

Alejandro was super amazing his attention to detail was outstanding. Alejandro was very attentive to our needs and such a pleasant waiter I will recommend Alejandro for the romantic dinner. The chef what can I say… amazing…..the food and presentation was second to none .. Amazing Resort, good Restaurant. The only thing is that they schedule you for a presentation to become a member, they’ll tell you that is a 90 min presentation and it really takes 3hrs.

Iberostar Tucan exceeded all expectations. Truly… the diverse cuisine, pristine beaches, ambient jungle walks, wild life, activities and zen atmosphere are something that typically doesn’t come for such a fair price tag- here you find it. Above all, the staff was beyond accommodating and welcoming, with Paola Borjas setting a prime example. Thank you, Paola for being so welcoming- our stay started with a smile- just one of many we will have as memories!

The property is beautiful and teaming with wildlife. The service is outstanding. Everyone goes out of their way to help with any request you have.The food at all the restaurants we ate at was very good (buffets, steakhouse, Japanese and Italian restaurant.The pools are massive and the entertainment staff works very hard to ensure everyone has a great time.Paola Borhas gave us a warm reception when we arrived and helped us with reservations for all the restaurants we requested.She was very delightful and helpful. THANK YOU Paola!!$The only issue we had on this vacation was with the A/C in the rooms. It was only functioning at 70% so rooms were not as cool as we would have liked but the beauty and quality of everything else at the resort overshadowed it.

We are members of The Club and the benefits are phenomenal! We have stayed at the Tucan twice now and both have been wonderful. The resort is intimate compared with many others and has plenty to do during the day and throughout the evening. The very best part of our experience has been interacting with The Club staff. They were attentive at the Club beach, never letting our drinks run dry or the sun shining on us too brightly. Jaime worked closely with us during our recent stay to upgrade our Club membership and gain even more perks. He was clearly focused on making sure we were the focus rather than trying to sell us on anything, which resulted in our decision to continue our membership at the higher level. We are so looking forward to returning!

The food is amazing. Customer service from everyone was excellent. The jungle in the middle of the hotel, was unexpected and relaxing. Night shows full of fun. Only one thing, I would like to have better AC system at my room. Couldn't went down than 20 degrees.

I would highly recommend Iberostar Tucan Hotel This hotel is 5 stars. The food was amazing, the customer service was extremely responsive. The rooms was very clean (bed was a little hard then we like, but CLEAN), always meeting the needs of their guest. Even though smoking is permitted on property (not in rooms), you couldn't smell it. They cleaned up that very well. The public bathrooms were always spotless, even at the beach and pool area. If I were ever to go back to Mexico, no questions asked would go back here. Always trying to keep quest entertained and busy including young ones. Very tight well oiled run ship.

The food and staff ate absolutely amazing. Our entire stay we didn't meet a single staff member that wasn't the nicest. My only problem has been the "resort dollars" that Apple vacations offers with the stay. You have to sit through hours of listening and dodging pushy salesmen and the dollars are like little coupon book to be used for discounts at merchants equivalent to the cash value. Soooooo not worth the time and aggravation.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIly. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! The rooms were well maintained and cleaned everyday, the maids did a fantastic job. The whole place was very clean. The food was lovely, especially the Italian restaurant and the steak house. All the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome. The shows on the evening were ok. Very good for family's.

LOVE this resort. We have been coming here for years. Rustic, yet elegant. Food and drinks are good - we have never gotten sick. Pool is HUGE and very nice. We like watching the games and activities and the music. Have never made it to the nightly entertainment - fun + sun + margaritas = early dinner then good night.
