No coffee. If you arent going to have a breakfast anymore because of COVID, then you should make sure you at least have coffee. There was no coffee in the lobby and the coffee in my room was decaf. The rooms are nice, but the service falls short.

Este hotel não atende aos padrões normais de limpeza de hotel / quarto, muito menos seguindo os novos padrões adotados pela Covid.O site da Marriott afirma que devo viajar com tranquilidade e confiança, pois eles adotaram um compromisso com a política de limpeza Durante a Covid -19. O conselho de limpeza do Marriott neste local não garantiu que minha saúde e segurança fossem respeitadas.

This hotel does not meet normal standards of hotel/room cleanliness let alone following the new adopted Covid standards. The Marriott website states that I should travel with peace of mind and confidence because they have adopted a commitment to cleanliness policy During Covid -19. The Marriott cleanliness council at this location have not ensured that my health and safety has been met.

Took my vacation with family. Clean rooms but I specifically booked the room for the indoor pool considering my children. Pool is closed. Very disappointing. Hopefully they have breakfast seeing that the dining area is closed. Maybe update your site saying certain things may be closed.

Os quartos eram limpos. O almoço foi ok - ovos cozidos demais, frutas congeladas, itens não mantidos em estoque. Eu tive muito melhor em outros Marriotts. Minha única reclamação principal é que a recepção disse o número do meu quarto em voz alta, duas vezes! Eu sou uma mulher solteira, viajando sozinha. Para a segurança dos seus convidados, NUNCA deve dizer o número do quarto em voz alta. Meu outro problema é que parece que há mofo na banheira de hidromassagem. Se não for mofo, então está extremamente sujo. (Ver fotos)

The rooms were clean.The breakfast was ok - eggs overcooked, fruit frozen,items not kept stocked. I've had much better at other Marriotts. My one main complaint is that the front desk said my room number out loud,twice! I am a single female,traveling alone. For the safety and security of your guests, you are NEVER supposed to say their room number out loud. My other issue is that it seems as though there is mold in the hot tub. If it's not mold,then it's extremely dirty.(See photos)
