“What a beautiful hotel, rich history and exceptional service.
Everything is absolutely stunning, from the architecture to the updates they have done to this hotel.
The updated look inside the rooms is just so detailed and of course being in City of Music there are accents of the rich history of music from this city.
Halls, front desk, rooms are absolutely clean and neat.
Employees are friendly and willing to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
We will differently be staying next time we come back to Nashville.

“What a building! Absolutely historic. But then so are most Union Stations. This one's just gorgeous. The masonry and the architecture are just fantastic. Its super close to Nashville downtown - So three cheers for location. The interiors are tastefully done and rooms are great. You can try their room service. I didn't. But the staff seemed okay. Having said that, the best thing about this place is the building!”
