“Exceptional hospitality and service! I stayed here for my first anniversary. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to a Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks for accommodating a romance package. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. We went up to the 14th floor to view the city from the dome-excellent experience and it’s perfect for weddings. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!”

“Not a bad hotel for the price. They absolutely need to let customers know construction is being done on the parking ramp. If you are staying on the weekend and aren't there on check-in time, you're going to have to use the Hyatt's parking ramp which isn't ideal. If you are staying during the week parking shouldn't be a problem but be prepared to be woken up by the construction. In hindsight, I would have just preferred to cough up the extra cash and stay elsewhere. I don't regret staying here by any means and would recommend it to others staying downtown. I'm sure these issues reflect the pricing. I saw a lot of comments about "sketchy" people hanging around the hotel but I didn't notice anything. At the end of day it's downtown minneapolis, you're gonna see a few characters out and about.”
