“We enjoyed quite a few things about this hotel.
The bed we had was one of the most comfortable of all the hotels we have been to in the last 3 years. I don't know what it was but it was amazing. The breakfast was also the best I've had in a long time, definitely rivaling the spread in hotels in say, Zermatt.
The staff was excellent, from the receptionists, to the cleaners and breakfast staff. All very helpful and very polite.
The only downsides were the elevator, which wasn't working during our 4 day stay, and i suspect it's been this way for some time.
The room itself had some bits, in the bathroom especially, that could do with some TLC. Nothing terrible, but just in need of some maintenance.
All that said, we enjoyed being there. The location is just perfect to see the main parts of the city, and close access to all the other main attractions. Also, go to the bar to watch the sunset. It's great.”

“This is at first sight actually a quite good hotel. The location is flawless and the staff is friendly. But... and there is a big but I’m afraid. My wife and I made a rather horrific finding when we were about to go to bed. There were dry blood stains on the sheets. I went to discuss this matter with the reception staff but they could not help us more than sending an untrained (?) employee to the room to shift the sheets. And I must say I am very surprised we didn’t get another room or weren’t compensated with e.g a free breakfast or even a discount of some sort. Very surprised I must say, and I regret to say this because the hotel is quite nice otherwise. I will likely not stay at this hotel again.”
