“Very nice hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. As the hotel is located in the suburbs it would take about an hour to commute back into central Berlin however the transport is so accessible I wouldn't say this is a downfall. Köpenick is a gorgeous area so there is plenty to explore without going into the city. The service was very slow in the hotel and as it was table service only, this caused us to have waits of 30/40 mins after ordering drinks/food from the bar. The residents bar also closed at 12 midnight which wasn't ideal. Overall I think the hotel is slightly overpriced but I would imagine the price is also based on the fact that it's right on the waters edge.”

“Nice and clean hotel. My room was comfy and had a lot of spare space. The food was ok. Good hotel stuff. nothing special. During lunch buffet I was missing some kind of concept... It was more of a mix of different stuff than 2 or 3 meals to choose from. Hope you get what I'm talking about. Quality was still fine. I would come again...”
