Entire hotel is connected so you may get lost if you don't look at the signs on the wall. Wasn't noisy and staff did not bother us at all. Checkout was at 12pm. This Courtyard is just fine.Yes, it’s old architecture and the walls are a little thin, but it’s still nice enough inside, it’s super cheap, and I love the flexibility of the location.When the freeways are shut down you still have access to great local routes to get you wherever you want to go.

Both associates when I arrived and left were extremely nice. And unfortunately my room was not a pleasant stay at all. There were dead bugs in the floor, most towels were dirty, hair left in bathroom, and some bed bugs that left bites and bumps on me. I've been a Marriott member since 2009 only staying in Marriott properties mostly during travel if available. This is the first property I've experienced this type of stay. I do plan on reaching out to management to offer feedback, as I do care and invested in this company. Ambos os associados quando cheguei e saí foram extremamente agradáveis. Havia insetos mortos no chão, a maioria das toalhas estava suja, cabelos deixados no banheiro e alguns percevejos que deixaram mordidas e inchaços em mim. Eu sou um membro do Marriott desde 2009 apenas ficando em propriedades do Marriott principalmente durante a viagem, se disponível. Esta é a primeira propriedade que experimentei este tipo de estadia. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted warmly by Karen and her smile. She was attentive, alert, and inviting. Set the tone to my 4 day long trip, and made me feel as though I had a new home away from home. The hotel needs some updates, but I didn't even notice right away! Karen disarmed my usually particular eye with her overwhelmingly accommodating nature. I look forward to your hotel updates, but I will stay there again without them so long as exceptional individuals like Karen continue to be employed at your establishment. The manager Arey provided great professional service.My room was cleaned daily without having to ask.If I had any problems she was there to solve them quickly and with great charm.Give this woman a promotion pleas O gerente Arey prestou um ótimo serviço profissional. Checked in at 3pm . One out of the two rooms AC didn’t work . Never moved me to different room. Asked for fan didn’t have one . Stayed in lobby most of the night due to hot room. The lobby was nasty they had no disinfectant spray so I can clean it . Trash everywhere . Until 6am when bistro lady came in . She was Amazing . Great customer service . She needs a raise . I did get my money back for the one hot room. Overall 2/5.I work for Marriott. This hotel needs a lot of work . Front desk needs to have better customer service and needs to clean the lobby and lounge area on daily . Check-in às 15h. Um dos dois quartos AC não funcionou. Nunca me mudou para outro quarto. Pediu fã não tinha. Se Hospedaram no lobby mais da noite devido ao quarto quente. O lobby era desagradável, eles não tinham spray desinfetante para que eu pudesse limpá-lo. Lixo em todos os lugares. Até as 6 da manhã, quando a senhora do bistrô entrou. Ela foi incrível. Ótimo serviço ao cliente. Ela precisa de um aumento. Eu consegui meu dinheiro de volta para um quarto quente. Geral 2/5.Eu trabalho para Marriot. Este hotel precisa de muito trabalho. A recepção precisa ter um melhor atendimento ao cliente e precisa limpar o saguão e o lounge diariamente.

This hotel is in a good location. Our room was clean and spacious. I had such a wonderful experience checking in. We had been on the road traveling all night and was very tired. Ms. Victoria was amazing. She was attentive to our needs and so kind. Every Marriott hotel needs a Ms. Victoria! She made our stay memorable. Este hotel está em uma boa localização.
