“I feel like this is the wrong place the minute I waited for check in and I confirm I totally hate this hotel the next day.
I come here thought it was close to the station but ended up walking forever with heavy luggage. Exhausted in the hotel with heavy bags no one helped. It took such a long time to wait for check-in. Full of staff but unproductive and slow.
I chose this hotel because of the gym. HOWEVER, due to some covid policy they claimed reservation is needed and only ONE person or ONE family can use the fitness center at ONE time. All the time I required were NOT available.
The HOUSEKEEPING is slow! They only run 10am-2pm and I left the room with cleaning light on since 6am. Went back at 11ish and the room isn't cleaned. So I settled in a bit and knocked my door and asked for clean up. (While the do not disturb light is on!!!!!)
In short, if you stay here. Make sure you know you as a customer, you do not own the right for standard hotel service as your wish. you need to compromise and with the hotel schedule and agenda.
Not to mention, staff cannot communicate well in English.
