Não justifica as 5***** Situação pontual menos agradável com o front off ice e com um funcionário em particular Parqueamento com irregularidades A integração do casino e salão de festas em espaço comum do hotel não adequam a 5 estrelas Quartos amplos, espaçosos e bem limpos Staff não se pode esquecer que um cliente é um cliente independentemente da nacionalidade, já que paga para ser bem servido

Gostei do hotel, apesar de estar em reformas. Pedi quarto standard e me fizeram um upgrade para quarto premiumSó o pequeno almoço é que deveria melhorar

Si buscas sitio para celebrar un evento especial, lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas! Muy buena atención por parte de Fátima, el maître del restaurante, camareros, sus buenos cociner@s y pinches... La comida es exquisita y de buena calidad (te aseguro que no te quedarás con hambre). Un abrazo a todo ese equipo maravilloso

Nos gustó el hotel aunque el gran lujo escaseo un poco. Además nos pasaron cosas raras en la habitación y no está muy bien insonorizado ya que oíamos al niño de al lado llorar.

Un gran hotel, bien situado, con muy buena atención por parte de todo su personal. Las habitaciones que ocupamos eran muy amplias y con buenas vistas. mejor las del tercer piso. El restaurante tiene una vistas magníficas. El desayuno, buffet, muy completo. Sin lugar a duda un excelente sitio donde poder alojarse

Preço espetacular para hotel 5*. Boa localização e o casino aberto até às 5am dá a possibilidade de petiscar algo frio até de madrugada. Ansiosa de voltar a Badajoz e ficarei certamente neste hotel.

Imagine your surprise when you finally arrive after hours of driving to your 5 star luxury Hotel, only to find that there is no proper lounge area, no Bar (unless you try to enter the Casino complex, and thereby surrender you & your families passport details for analysis,) no concierge, and no Hotel restaurant whatsoever until 20:40 in the evening. Welcome to the alternate reality of this NH "Gran Hotel." The large room was very hot because the heating controls were effectively stuck on 27 degrees to begin with. When I complained it was suggested that I open the window onto the main road beneath. The TV completely failed late in the evening which wasn't a huge problem because none of its channels were broadcasting anything in English, nor did they correspond to the guide in the room. On the plus side the restaurant food was really good, when they finally decided to open up, and I managed to avoid having to park in the Hotel car park for €16 per night.

The room is a bit outdated not as nice as you see on the pictures. There is no bedroom ropes as showned in the photos. offers shampoo and shower gel, no body lotion nor conditioner. No help with the luggage when you arrive neither. The minibar has a water and a coke. Very poor for a five star. Parking: 18€/night Breakfast: Option 1: coffee and toast : 10€ Option 2: 15€ great value compared with the first one. It’s not a buffet as shown on booking because of the pandemic, but you can choose the same items, the only problem is that there is no menu so you have to guess what that would be, the waiter mentioned the top choices but doesn’t mention all. I had an cheese and mushrooms omelette which was very good, toast with prosciutto and tomato also very good and some fresh fruit. An orange juice (it’s squeezed not packed - so its was very nice) and a cappuccino, the cappuccino was not a very good coffee. I also had some croissants, they were regular. The service is not rude but is not particularly nice, feels a little like you are not suppose to be there. The breakfast room as a lovely view over the river and part of the town.

As a frequent traveller to Badajoz, I decided to book 2 rooms for the next day through the hotel website. However, upon arrival at the check in we realised we had booked and fully paid for the night before (our mistake). We asked if they would accept the change as they would not have any prejudice (we had booked in late previous day and on a low season Monday the hotel was well bellow half empty). We were told the manager could not do anything (you know, what can he do... He is just the manager!) as we had already paid. Even in an obvious mistake, refused to make a replacement or any discount and demanded full front office payment again if we wanted to stay. Welcome to NH HOTELS, a place where a couple of bucks in an empty hotel is far more important than a satisfied client.

Near to the river Guadiana. This new hotel includes a Casino but I'm not interested in this kind of services. The room is big and the bed is enormous. The bathroom is open but with separate pieces. We take the breakfast in the restaurant with stunning views of the shore of Guadiana. The breakfast is really good mixing international dishes and local food, like "migas". I only can complain about the surroundings completely empty of interest.

Nice, modern hotel with large, clean and well appointed rooms including bathrobes, slippers, chocolates on pillows etc. Despite having a room at the end of the corridor nearest the atrium I didn't have any issues with noise. Although the hotel is attached to a casino, this in no way impacted our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
