“A razão pela qual reservei este hotel foi para o serviço de transporte que eles ofereceram para a estação de metrô. Quando solicitei o serviço, eles indicaram que não ofereciam esse serviço. Expliquei que foi mencionado em seu site e que até aparece no aplicativo Marriott Bonvoy para eu solicitá-lo. O funcionário foi muito rude e mudou sua resposta para “bem, não estamos oferecendo agora”. Vimos então os ônibus estacionados em seu estacionamento, foi muito decepcionante que eles não quisessem nos oferecer um serviço que foi anunciado. Além disso, o quarto era limpo e confortável. Além disso, reservamos para 4 pessoas e só tinha toalhas para 2 pessoas. Quando ligamos para solicitar mais dois, fomos solicitados a ir ao lobby para buscá-los. Quando chegamos ao saguão, havia três funcionários rindo e conversando, mas tivemos que descer?!? As instalações do hotel e a localização são boas, mas o atendimento ao cliente foi horrível. Não ficaria aqui novamente.”

“We checked into the hotel on a Friday the young lady( Patricia) at the was very nice and informative.Room was nice.On Monday we requested our room to be cleaned since we only got clean towels the rest of the days . We went out fir the day and upon arrival back to our room we found the bed linen andbathroom rug had not been changed. I call the front desk and spoke with Me. Patricia and she stated she would send housekeeping a message and she apologized for the poor service. On Tuesday morning I went down to speak with a manager and was told by the gentleman at the desk he couldn't find her. So i waited about 10 minutes and no manager came. He went to look for her twice but still stated he couldn't find her. He told me she was acting GM so I asked him tohave her call me. I had to call twice to get her to finally call me. I explained to her what happen and she told me my room wasn't to be cleaned until Tuesday.I explained to her it would make a lot of sense if I requested my room to be cleaned they would change my sheets and bathroom rug and not wait until Wednesday to do it. She told me I should have made it clear that I wanted my sheets and bathroom rug changed. She asked what she could do to make it right. I told her to credit my room and her exact words was" NO WE DON'T DO THAT". There was so much that was wrong about that. With management like that in place itgives your Hotel a bad reputation and more not to recommend this Hotel to friends or family. THIS IS NOT THE QUALITY MARRIOTT HOTEL BUILT THEIR REPUTATION ON at least I hope not.”
