“Honestly do not get your hopes up if you are not a timeshare owner at this resort. Their service performance and attitude is all dependent if you have the timeshare/owner wrist band. (Yellow/Gold). A regular guest will get minimal service. Also, if you don’t participate in the timeshare tour they will not provide you any material to what restaurants have a dress code, reservations, amenities, map of location. The craziest part is you have to go to other restaurants to get a reservation for a different one. Please strongly consider before booking. As a timeshare holder you will get the 5 star quality but if you are not 2-3 stars. May get a good day and the a bad one the following.”

“For reserving through a sketchy third-party website, I was surprised at how easy it was to communicate with staff and check in at Royal Solaris for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, our room smelled musty and we could hear our neighbors and everything going on in the hallway. Our balcony jacuzzi was cool though. I definitely recommend going out of your way and meeting staff and other guests, and get involved in what's going on around the resort. We loved our servers/bartenders and enjoyed meeting so many people (that became our friends) playing volleyball in the pool!”
