“I don't usually stay in hotels like this, I have my own little hotel in Tulum, but I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Paul and his team are to be congratulated on making me and my dog Luna feel so welcome. The staff were so friendly and kind and for a large hotel it felt just like home. The staff have just the right balance between professionalism and friendliness. To be honest, the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in, the breakfasts are huge and good value and the security safes are the easiest to use I have every experienced. The pool upstairs is a delight. This is a great place for well behaved dogs and responsible dog owners. I just ask all future guests to know the limitations of your dog and react appropriately.
There are always some issues in a hotel of this size, but everything was sorted out in a quick time frame and I had no concerns even if some staff didn't quite know how to handle the difference between a well behaved dog and a not so well behaved one. Please don't punish all of us for those that do not do the right thing.
The hotel is located perfectly so you can walk everywhere and yet it is not noisy everything is well sound proofed and i simply loved it
