“Fantastic boutique hotel in a great location!Close to the beach and shopping and many places to eat outside the hotel!The restaurant's and bars in the hotel are superior!The rooftop pool gives you a beautiful view of the ocean and because it is an infinity pool so it is breathtaking!The rooms are very nice and private!The staff is very welcoming and accommodating!Definitely a great place to stay!”

“Experiencia que no está a la altura de un hotel de 5*. Cuando llegamos no nos explicaron los horarios del desayuno, piscina, ni los servicios que incluía nuestra reserva, y rápido nos pasaron con un agente para vendernos una membresía a un club de viajes. La habitación está limpia y es muy grande y tiene nevera, microondas y una pequeña cocina (los utensilios hay que alquilarlos aparte). Había muchos ruidos provenientes del restaurante y piscina de la azotea. Durante el desayuno buffet solo el último día nos dijeron que se incluían paninis y zumos naturales servidos en mesa. Como en todos los sitios de Riviera Maya, hay una continua sensación de tener que pagar propina por todo.”
