I love this hotel! One of a kind! Stunning decoration!… Rooms are clean, spacious and lovely decorated… The rooftop, is one of the best rooftops I have ever seen!! It’s pools and whirlpool are above perfect… The view of this rooftop is magnificent! Restaurants food is very tasty and high quality! Perfect location; steps from the beach and in the beautiful downtown. This hotel is definitely above and beyond!

I love this hotel! My boyfriend and I visited the fives earlier this month to celebrate our one year anniversary. We actually fell in love at playa del Carmen last year when we stayed at the fives, so we decided to come back! Edgar gives the best service upstairs on the rooftop. He is so personable, fun and attentive. The spa is a must! Especially with the updates. The breakfast is delicious! Honestly breakfast lunch and dinner is all so good. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Experiencia que no está a la altura de un hotel de 5*. Cuando llegamos no nos explicaron los horarios del desayuno, piscina, ni los servicios que incluía nuestra reserva, y rápido nos pasaron con un agente para vendernos una membresía a un club de viajes. La habitación está limpia y es muy grande y tiene nevera, microondas y una pequeña cocina (los utensilios hay que alquilarlos aparte). Había muchos ruidos provenientes del restaurante y piscina de la azotea. Durante el desayuno buffet solo el último día nos dijeron que se incluían paninis y zumos naturales servidos en mesa. Como en todos los sitios de Riviera Maya, hay una continua sensación de tener que pagar propina por todo.

Fuimos a la alberca que está en el roof del hotel, hice reservación y cuando llegue con mi familia NO había reservación la persona que me la hizo no reservo, hablamos con un hombre que era al parecer el encargado de esa área y nos trató muy mal nos dejó parados allí como 15 min. Llevamos 2 niños pequeños y le valió, fuimos a hablar con otra persona y después de otros 10 minutos nos dió un lugar, fue una muy mala experiencia porque confiamos en la reserva que se había hecho. Te cobran $600 por adulto y te lo regresan en consumo, checa bien la cuenta porque nos cobraban de más.

O Hotel é MUITO bom com ótimos serviços. Gostaria de ressaltar principalmente os serviços de 3 pessoas: DANIEL que nos serviu extremamente bem durante os cafés da manhã, sempre com um grande sorriso, e super pró-ativo e um querido! EDGAR e ARTURO que serviu extremamente bem a mim e minha esposa no Rooftop. Sempre bem humorados e preocupados em estarmos bem servidas o tempo todo. Merecem todo o reconhecimento.

Quartos bem espaçosos e com opção de up-grade para outras acomodações (família, varanda interna, etc.). A piscina no tôpo possui vista privilegiada para o mar e ao longe a costa oeste de Cozumel. A localização central em Playa del Carmen te permite flexibilidade em fazer quase tudo à pé (5a. Avenida, Ferryboat, mercados, etc.), e não fica refém de horários atrelados ou vagas em shuttle de hotéis mais deslocados. Excelente opção para quem não busca vínculo com Resorts ou quer uma alternativa All-Inclusive de menor custo e/ou que te permita atividades fora do hotel e sem o peso que está pagando um custo exorbitante (pela aquisição e pouco uso do all-inclusive) porém com conforto. Ao que nos propomos nesta viagem foi excelente o custo-benefício.

Although the location is great and the rooftop is nice, there are a number of issues. The bar downstairs is loud until after midnight and you can definitely hear it strongly in all the rooms which makes it hard to sleep. Also, there seems to be a problem with the AC system as our room smelled strongly of mold. If I had been staying more than one night, I would have left as I feel it could have risen to the level of a health issue. I called Hilton corporate to give them the feedback and so hopefully these issues will get corrected but I’d probably choose a different property next time I’m in this area.

Hotel/Residencias asociado con Hilton que debería ser una joya y se queda en nada. Al llegar, personal propio del hotel se encarga de (disfrazado como ayuda de explicación de los servicios del hotel y zona) venderte los famosos, manidos y deleznables time sharing. El personal es amable y solo hace su trabajo pero alguien que viene de viaje, tantas horas, donde ha pagado un All Inclusive, no le hagas esto. Nosotros estuvimos atentos y lo cortamos nada más empezar, pero de verdad, es una situación desagradable. En recepción muy amables, pero no nos explicaron detalles de instalaciones, horarios ni lo que no incluía el TI, porque si, nos vendieron 4 restaurantes y 4 menús con muchísimas bebidas incluidas y al final, ni el italiano da cenas (cerrado), ni el marley coffe está incluido, ni todas las bebidas tampoco. A su vez, cosas de la carta tampoco lo están, por error pedimos una y no nos avisaron hasta que trajeron el plato (que una vez puesto en la mesa, nos comentan que no lo incluye pero han hecho la orden) Un feo detalle, asumimos el error y lo pagamos, no hay problema, pero antes de pedir indicamos que eramos del All Inclusive y al anotar la comanda ¿no lo explicas? Solo se entiende por el ansias de facturar a cualquier precio. Habitaciones casi excelentes, las únicas pegas es que sabían que eramos 3 personas, comentamos como sería la cama de la 3 persona y nos dijeron que un sofá cómodo...........el colchón del sofá no se le puede llamar cómodo, es fino y se ven hasta los muelles a simple vista. A su vez hay enchufes en el baño y en el dormitorio principal que están deteriorados y no funcionan, debería revisarse por mantenimiento. El resto de cosas por ahora están a muy buen nivel (seguimos alojados) pero a cada momento nos sorprenden con algo nuevo que lastra la experiencia y la hace no recomendable. Ahora mismo han deshabilitado toda una zona del rooftop por un evento privado. No nos han dicho nada cuando llegamos (un empleado muy amable si nos avisó para que cogieramos hamacas a tiempo en la otra zona), hace rato ha llovido, esta todo mojado, pides cambio de colchonetas en la piscina y no hay.........lo están todo cambiando para el evento privado. Al final te sientes como un cliente de segunda y marginado, cuando has pagado un buen dinero por un servicio Hilton que al final se queda en nada. Lo más gracioso es que al final el evento ha sido por la noche y han tenido todo cerrado y deshabilitado desde la mañana, no es entendible esto para nada. La rematada a este asunto viene cuando vamos a almorzar y nos dicen que la zona de comidas está cerrada para el evento, que comamos en las hamacas, ¿perdón? No hemos pagado un servicio y un AI+ para comer de mala manera e incómodos. Al quejarnos, a mala gana nos habilitan una mesa para 3 y podemos comer, pero volvemos a lo mismo, no pago un Hilton para esto. A su vez, como es comprensible, no vamos a dejar propinas con este nivel. Pues uno de los empleados, sabiendo nuestras hamacas, de malas formas nos retira las toallas y tenemos que volvernos a quejar. Se llevaban hasta el pantalón. Al final por la noche, sólo un único empleado, se acercó, nos pidió disculpas por el inconveniente del evento e intento hacer algo para que estuviéramos más cómodos, el resto hasta te miran mal porque "molestas". Una experiencia nefasta la verdad. Ahora pasamos a comentar el servicio. Comida incluidas muy muy buenas, excelentes, bebidas normales. La pena es que el servicio no está a la altura ni de un 2 estrellas. Lentos, caóticos, muy muy lentos, apuntan cosas en la comanda que no has pedido o que incluso ni te han servido (menos mal que no hay que pagarlas. Desayuno y cena mucho mejor organizados y rápidos, aunque siguen apuntando cosas que no hemos pedido). No lo recomendaría viniendo de otros Hilton. No hace honor a la marca. Esta opinión, es sumada a muchas cosas seguidas que un hotel de esta marca y categoría ni deberían darse. De ahí nuestro asombro con ciertas cosas y descontento en general.

Si buscas pasar unas agradables vacaciones en un hotel de lujo, mas a la vez a tan solo un par de minutos de la playa, entonces The Fives es para ti. Por su ubicación en el corazón de Playa del Carmen y su proximidad a la Quinta Avenida, es sencillo moverte por la zona a pie y visitar un sinfín de tiendas, clubes nocturnos, restaurantes y puestos de street foodque te impedirán no extrañar de vuelta en casa el característico sabor local. El hotel cuenta, además de su zona de alberca y jacuzzi, con un restaurante gourmet, bar, café, gimnasio, spa y mucho más. El servicio a turistas es espléndido y el tanto calmado como alegre ambiente no te abandona aún estés en tu cómoda habitación. Considero que lo más especial del hotel es su rooftop, nada como disfrutar desde la alberca el atardecer con una vista directa al azulado mar Caribe.Tip: Reserva tu hospedaje con anticipación, elige la mejor temporada vacacional y no pierdas noción del clima que habrá durante tu visita :D

I wanted to love this place but too much went wrong. The staff are lovely and very helpful, however we paid for a junior suite, and got a deluxe room. We were only there 2 nights so I could not be bothered to argue. I was just ready to leave. Also, we booked for 2 nights but they said they only had 1 on the system. Even with proof on email etc, they were hesitant and acting funny. Very ridiculous. Glass was on the floor in the bedroom when we entered as was a piece of old food. Very weird. If we were here longer I would be livid, but again we were only here 2 nights and it was the start of our holiday so we let it fly. For the price though you cannot complain. Amenities and location was great. We loved the pool view and marley cafe. A great find if you can get over the gripes.

Apenas llegamos hoy al hotel con mis padres y mi hijo, antes del Check in todo fue increíble, llegamos en vehículo propio y aunque nos costó un poco acertar con la entrada lateral vehícular por la referencia que nos dio google maps, todo lo demás fue muy bien, en especial la recepción de mi vehículo y el tema de hacerse cargo de nuestro equipaje hasta la puerta la destaco por la amable y clara atención del bellboy César, que nos atendió súper bien y amable asistiéndonos en lo que necesitáramos. Alinne, la Concierge nos recibió muy cálidamente al igual que Eduardo e Isaac que siempre se ofreció a la orden en la Recepcion. A pesar de que el hotel está ubicado en plena zona de actividad de Playa, es muy moderno y decorado de manera elegante y vanguardista, no se siente frío y distante, al contrario, nos sentimos muy cómodos y a gusto. Gracias! Esperamos disfrutar mucho nuestra estancia.

Decent hotel, barely stretches into the 4 star category IMHO. Location is good. Definitely some quirks and deficiencies with the hotel experience. Guests are expected to pay for access to a lounger next to the main rooftop pool. They can use the other pool without paying extra. When you arrive they'll mention a "welcome gift", be careful with this as it's actually a disguised pitch for a time share investment and you won't know until you are sitting down with the sales person trying to pitch you on an "investment" in an increasingly unstable region of Mexico (QR). This pitch will waste your time and energy unless you are in the minority actually interested in purchasing a timeshare in Mexico.

La limpieza que hacen en los cuartos no es la mejor. El desayuno buffet que incluye bueno, no tanta variedad. La atención en recepción buena. Pero para el desayuno tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos y nos dijeron que nosotros teníamos que llamar a recepción a ver si seguíamos nosotros en la fila, cuando volví me dijeron que vuelva en 10 minutos más incluso cuando vi que habían varias mesas vacías. Cuando quisimos hacer uso de los espacios el primer día nos dijeron que había un evento privado, al siguiente día también. Nunca pudimos disfrutar el jacuzzi. En nuestro último día tb no sabíamos que se necesitaba reservar las camas para la piscina y cuando ya nos habíamos sentado nos dijeron que estaba reservado cuando ni siquiera había un letrero o algo como lo había en otra cama. Por otro lado, nosotros que nos quedamos en la suite me parece, que tiene dos pisos, como tenía cocina pensamos que podíamos cocinar algo pero el servicio de platos y sartenes es aparte. Consideren el servicio de taxis que está afuera al frente del hotel porque aparte de precios algo elevados, 200 pesos por 5 minutos de viaje, solo las bajan del carro y tú ves cómo te las arreglas a moverlas todas.

El hotel / apartamentos son muy lindos. Buena decoración y buena ubicación. Los recepcionistas amables y presupuestos.El problema es que son departamentos con cocina que NO están equipadas, no hay cubiertos ni elementos de cocina, tampoco te lo proporcionan. No se entiende que tengan cocinas si no las puedes usar.En el primer piso se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle. Pareciera que los vidrios no están puestos en las aberturas.No volvería a este hotel. No tiene buena relación precio, calidad , servicio.

Un hotel súper cómodo, muy elegante y moderno. Me encantaron sus instalaciones. Lo que no me gustó mucho fue la recepción. Desde que entramos al hotel, nos abordó un personal que no dejaba de preguntamos cosas como si teníamos algún plan, cuántos días nos íbamos a quedar, etcétera. Pensé que era algún vendedor de tiempo compartido. Finalmente no ofreció nada, pero si forma de acercarse y no dejar de preguntar me incomodó. Lo mismo al llegar a recepción, donde otro personal del hotel no dejaba de preguntar sobre nuestra estancia. Quizás es política del hotel tratar de ser empáticos con el huésped pero para mí resultó chocante. En el área de alberca la atención fue más bien normal, como lo que espero en un hotel profesional. La habitación es impresionante, muy elegante y espaciosa. Me impresionó el espacio, hasta con una cocina y comedor, pero no tiene utensilios. Resulta que la habitación también la vende otro promotor y cuando se adquiere a través de ellos, entonces sí se incluyen los utensilios. La disposición de los módulos de la habitación no nos gustó mucho: armarios muy grandes y ninguna cajonera. La televisión no queda frente a la cama, sino la cocina, y frente al comedor no hay nada, cuando podría estar la cocina. Fuera de eso, la estancia es súper cómoda

UPDATE: Thank you Alejandra for your professionalism and efforts to try and make our stay a better one. We do appreciate it. Updating to a three star for your efforts. ORIGINAL: I am currently staying at the fives downtown, it's 11:50PM and the staff is still moving furniture around the pool and bar area that was supposed to be closed at 10. Needless to stay, my family cannot sleep. Do not stay on the 4th floor no matter what they say the hours are. Also, when we checked in we were not greeted by a hotel worker but rather someone who sat us down for 15 minutes to sell us on a timeshare. After a 14hr travel day this is the last thing you want. I expected it but at least let us check in. When we were able to check in the only thing the person at the front desk did was try and sell us on an upgraded room. No welcome, no information on the hotel, the food, how anything works, etc.. just that we could pay extra for "the only room available for upgrade". Sorely disappointed in our experience and I cannot recommend this hotel experience to anyone.

My favorite rooftop bar in PDC. Great cocktails. They can be expensive, but it's worth the experience. Get here early if you want a seat because it gets busy. Especially on the weekends. Music talent here is fantastic. And the pool was beautiful and refreshing. The view however is the best part.

The staff is very kind and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I thank Mrs Guadalupe who took care of my room for the whole period: very kind and professional. The location of the hotel is good. The rooftop with swimming pool is very pleasant. The bartenders are very good and helpful, the Mescalita excellent! :) Average breakfast, fresh green juice, addictive !;) Small problems: If you have the room facing the club side, you can hear the music until late. The windows do not open fully.

The music stays on til 10 pm and it’s so disturbing. I feel like I’m at a damn Rave!I’d love to sleep early to get up early.Not going to happen!I asked them to play different music during the day since it’s so loud while you are trying to enjoy the pool.Nope.It’s new management and the food isn’t the same nor the staff.I will NOT stay again and I will NOT recommend it. The prices are higher as well.It’s totally not worth what I spent!

I love this hotel. It's my Playa del Carmen home. Most of the staff is warm, gracious and truly hospitable. They are like extended family. There are 4 turtles that reside in the lobby. They are just a engaging as the staff. I look forward to the spa. The Marley coffee shop is great. The rooftop restaurant is an amazing place to watch the sunrise. I love accesibility to shops, authentic restaurants, clubs and the beach ! Security is great. I have nothing bad to say. Cant wait to get back !

A poucos passos da Fifth Ave. compras e curta caminhada de todos os ótimos restaurantes e praia! que encontramos a equipe muito simpática e piscina/bar na cobertura muito relaxante com belas vistas! Ótimas massagens no spa, recomendo! Dicas de viagem - o local é super barulhento, música audível e tambores a noite toda em um estabelecimento 24 horas nas proximidades, então traga tampões de ouvido de alta qualidade ou escolha um local mais remoto. Se você pode tolerar o barulho, é super conveniente para boa comida, compras e passeios na praia!OS MAIORES DESAFIOS foram check-in e barulho! Viajamos bastante e esta foi a pior experiência de check-in que já tivemos. A equipe estava muito confusa, parece resultar de uma falta de comunicação entre seus vários sistemas, pois as reservas podem ser feitas através do Fives, Hilton e Interval International e provavelmente outros. Tínhamos reservado uma residência de 2 quartos com vários meses de antecedência e pagamos antecipadamente a taxa do resort por meio de um link enviado a nós pelos Fives. Eles não tinham registro de nenhum pagamento nosso e tentaram nos cobrar novamente, eu tinha o recibo e acabei conseguindo resolver. Na chegada, eles não tinham o tipo de quarto que tínhamos reservado e tentaram dar acomodações menores e nenhum crédito, levou várias horas e envolvendo gerenciamento para corrigi-lo. Tivemos uma reserva futura separada com cancelamento até um dia antes do check-in, tentamos por semanas cancelar ligando e enviando um e-mail para os Fives sem sucesso, finalmente no local um supervisor conseguiu cancelar.

Tínhamos um bilhete diário para o terraço com piscina. O terraço é muito bom! Bela Vista! Infelizmente, a música atrapalha para relaxar, muito alta e profunda não é o nosso gosto. Música fria seria mais apropriada. Também achamos triste que o bar ainda use canudos de plástico. A proteção ambiental não parece ser importante aqui. A água da piscina não era muito limpa e uma máscara usada estava flutuando. Nosso garçom foi muito simpático e atencioso.

LOCATION, LOCATION! Just steps from Fifth Ave. shopping & short walk to all of the great restaurants and beach! We found the staff to be very friendly and rooftop pool/bar area very relaxing with beautiful views!Great massages at the spa, highly recommend! Travel tips - the location is super noisy, audible music and drumming all night long from a 24 hour establishment nearby so do bring high quality earplugs or choose a more remote location. If you can tolerate the noise it's super convenient for great food, shopping & strolls on the beach!BIGGEST CHALLENGES were check-in and noise!We travel quite a bit and this was the worst check-in experience we have ever had. The staff was very confused, it seems to stem from a lack of communication between their various systems as reservations can be booked through the Fives, Hilton, and Interval International and likely others.We had booked a 2-bedroom residence several months in advance and pre-paid the resort fee via link sent to us by the Fives. They had no record of our any payment and tried to charge us again, I had the receipt and was eventually able to resolve. Upon arrival, they did not have the room type we had booked and tried to give lesser accommodations and no credit, it took several hours and involving management to get it straightened out. We had a separate future reservation with cancellation up to one day prior to check-in, tried for weeks to cancel by calling and emailing the Fives with no success, finally on-site a supervisor was able to get it cancelled.

We had a day ticket for the roof terrace with pool. The roof terrace is very nice! Great view! Unfortunately, the music disturbs to relax, very loud and deep not our taste. Chill music would be more appropriate. Also we find it sad that the bar still uses plastic straws. Environmental protection does not seem to be important here. The pool water was not very clean and a used mask was floating around. Our waiter was very nice and attentive.

El hotel es muy lindo, la atención del desayuno es casi inexistente. Tuve que pedir que me sirvieran las bebidas y recibí el plato de frutas con panes cuando ya había terminado de comer lo que uno se sirve del buffet. Lo único rescatable fue la atención en recepción, fueron muy amables.

Very nice hotel, we got a free upgrade of our room. Staff is attentive and check-in was really quick with welcome drinks. The rooftop swimming pool is really cool and gives you views of the Cozumel island. Price and quality wise and absolute win! Will be back!

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en este lugar con mi familia unos meses antes de la pandemia y la experiencia fue inolvidable. Desde el momento en que llegamos fuimos recibidos como en casa, la hospitalidad y amabilidad del personal es de 5 estrellas, además de sus instalaciones. Cuidan todos los detalles y provocan una estancia placentera. Veníamos cansados del viaje y al llegar nos ofrecieron un agua fresca deliciosa,ese tipo de detalles no se olvidan. Durante las limpiezas diarias dejaban hermosas figuras con las toallas que a mi hijo le encantaban. El ambiente es 100% familiar.En cuanto a las instalaciones son elegantes y limpias, las habitaciones amplias,limpias,al igual que los baños,las habitaciones están equipadas con todo lo necesario para no extrañar tu casa,las camas son deliciosamente cómodas. El café que tienen en la habitación simplemente delicioso. La piscina es hermosa, su vista infinita te deja sin aliento. Por si fuera poco el hotel está ubicado en un lugar céntrico, a unos minutos de la playa caminando, cerca de la 5ta avenida, del parque fundadores, de farmacias, cajeros, etcétera. Lo recomiendo!!!, definitivamente volveremos nuevamente este año si Dios nos permite, no cambio este lugar donde nos reciben como en casa. Felicitaciones a todo el personal que hacen una estancia inolvidable y placentera.

Compré un daypass por 25 usd los cuales son consumibles en comidas y bebidas. Promete ser una experiencia gourmet, pero está muy lejos de serlo. La comida es bastante simple. Pasable, digamos. Nada fuera de lo común. La atención de los meseros sí fue muy buena. La alberca está preciosa, la vista es muy linda. Los camastros muy cómodos, las duchas bien. Los precios muy elevados.

Do not let the fact that this place is not a “resort” deter you from trying this hotel!We really enjoyed our stay at the fives. I felt it was a good value for the amenities provided and the restaurants, pool, bars are all great. Very centrally located and easy walking distance to everything in Playa.

Este é um hotel 5 estrelas escondido no meio de Playa del Carmen como um 4 estrelas a preços 4 estrelas. E a equipe é o que o torna um 5 estrelas! Claro que a piscina e o bar da cobertura são do outro mundo e a vista é a melhor possível. A comida é fantástica, e grandes eventos diários e até um SPA está lá em cima. Mas a equipe adora seu trabalho e isso transparece. Todos estavam sempre sorridentes e dispostos a nos ajudar, sempre nos cumprimentavam em todas as ocasiões, sempre tinham respostas para nossas dúvidas, e até mandavam recados sem questionar. Mas tenho que mencionar o "Acima e além" de três deles. Desde a atenção e ética de trabalho da nossa Concierge Isabella (Isa), às ótimas atitudes e simpatia dos nossos garçons Luis e Alexander. Esses caras tornaram a nossa viagem a melhor de todas! Pedi à Isa algumas flores para o nosso quarto e ver as imagens do que ela fez! Incrível! Enquanto nadávamos, tomamos sol, bebíamos e comíamos na piscina da cobertura, Luis e Alexander nos faziam sentir como uma família. Esses caras são garçons de primeira linha e espero que sejam bem recompensados! Ao todo, tivemos um tempo maravilhoso lá e voltaremos em breve.P.S. Os quartos eram muito bons também! ;-p

This is a 5-Star hotel hiding out in the middle of Playa del Carmen as a 4-Star at 4-Star pricing. And the staff is what makes it a 5-Star! Sure the rooftop pool and bar is out of this world and the view is as good as it gets. The food is amazing, and great daily events and even a SPA is up there. But the staff loves their job and it shows. Everyone there was always smiling and ready to help us, they always greeted us at every occasion, always had answers to our questions, and would even run errands without question. But I have to mention the "Above and Beyond" of three of them. From the attentiveness and work ethic of our Concierge Isabella (Isa), to the great attitudes and friendliness of our rooftop waiters Luis and Alexander. These guys made our trip the best ever! I asked Isa for some flowers for our room and see the images for what she did! Amazing! While we swam, sunbathed, drank and ate at the rooftop pool, Luis and Alexander made us feel like family. These guys are top tier waiters and I hope they are compensated well! All in all, we had an amazing time there and will be coming back soon. P.S. The rooms were really nice too! ;-p

Didn't get the room I picked in the app, digital check in didn't work but room was still extremely nice. Has a kitchen but no plates, cups, spoon, knives or forks. Rooftop pool is amazing and drinks 👌🏾 I love that you get your change in pesos so you don't have to pay exchange rates. We will definitely be back‼️

I don't usually stay in hotels like this, I have my own little hotel in Tulum, but I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Paul and his team are to be congratulated on making me and my dog Luna feel so welcome. The staff were so friendly and kind and for a large hotel it felt just like home. The staff have just the right balance between professionalism and friendliness. To be honest, the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in, the breakfasts are huge and good value and the security safes are the easiest to use I have every experienced. The pool upstairs is a delight. This is a great place for well behaved dogs and responsible dog owners. I just ask all future guests to know the limitations of your dog and react appropriately. There are always some issues in a hotel of this size, but everything was sorted out in a quick time frame and I had no concerns even if some staff didn't quite know how to handle the difference between a well behaved dog and a not so well behaved one. Please don't punish all of us for those that do not do the right thing. The hotel is located perfectly so you can walk everywhere and yet it is not noisy everything is well sound proofed and i simply loved it Thanks again to all of you! A wonderful stay I hope to return soon.

If i could give this Hotel 20 STARS i would. Best Hospitality EVER!!! The entire staff was Wonderful. Their Concierge "Alejandra" is a Genius - such an asset to the hotel. We wish we could pack her up and take her back with us. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. We miss them already and we wasn't ready to leave. The quality of their food was beyond 5 STARS.. Breakfast was included in our stay - my Gosh - it was Wonderful and very tasty. The rooftop Pool View was beautiful and very relaxing. We are already planning our next trip back. The Marley Cafe was wonderful "Jamaican Water" was very refreshing 🌴. Fives Hotel Downtown you guys are the Absolute BEST... Most Importantly, their Sanitization process during Covid is beyond anything I've seen done in the US. We felt so safe at all times and everyone was wearing their mask.

I recently had a lovely birthday dinner at the Rooftop restaurant. At first I had a little trouble reaching the restaurant via phone and a message I tried to leave via the hotel's website. But I finally reached Paula at the reception desk and she made sure I got a good table for my party of 5 including three tween girls. The view from the rooftop was beautiful, we got there just before sunset and took some nice photos. The food was excellent. Delicious and well presented. Susanna was our server and she was sweet and attentive. The manager Arturo was so gracious throughout the dinner, checking on us from time to time. Then to top it off they brought me a lovely birthday cake with a candle and sang to me! How kind and thoughtful! It was a memorable birthday and I'm so glad we chose to celebrate at the Fives! Muchas gracias!

Fantastic boutique hotel in a great location!Close to the beach and shopping and many places to eat outside the hotel!The restaurant's and bars in the hotel are superior!The rooftop pool gives you a beautiful view of the ocean and because it is an infinity pool so it is breathtaking!The rooms are very nice and private!The staff is very welcoming and accommodating!Definitely a great place to stay!
